Husband of Matilda (Tillie) Jervis (nee Bresland, later Taylor), 4, Robert Street/26, Benvarden Avenue, Waterside, Londonderry, whom he married on July 6, 1917, at Ebrington Presbyterian Church, Londonderry.
Sergeant Thomas Jervis returned to the Front on July 13, 1917, and received his fatal wound eight days later.
